Passable

Great location, close to public...

Liked: Room was clean & tidy, Hotel had aircon which was great for the summer months. Hotel location is super, close to underground & walking distance to major attractions and local cafes/restaurants.
Disliked: Some staff at reception didn't want to be there & couldn't be bothered to even greet you as you entered or left & if you dared ask for any assistance it was like pulling teeth.......there were other staff that were nicer.

Never Book a Room Here!

Liked: The location is good. Clean towels each day.
Disliked: I would take this off Booking.com. It is a horrible hotel. Some of the staff are very rude, especially the daytime person. Stayed 5 nights, No air til last night. The sink clogged 3 nights with grime coming to top. Only cold water until the third night we finally got hot water. The sheets were never changed but the bed was made. The room is very small for two people and difficult to open two suitcases and have room to walk around bed. The breakfast is terrible for the price and the woman who oversees breakfast is not at all helpful.

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable location was great
Disliked: Reception staff were largely great. But one was very blunt not friendly at all. Fridge in room not working no replacement coffee / sugar / cups 3 days out of the 4 days we stayed. Rooms barley cleaned on daily basis.

Convenient and comfortable, but rooms...

Liked: Beds were comfortable; location to cafes, metro, Seine river, and convenient stores was great; shower worked well; Staff was friendly enough. We didn’t have the breakfast so cant comment on that.
Disliked: If you’re looking for a cute, quaint, spacious room and hotel with character, this was definitely not that.

Great holiday

Liked: Fabulous location, near to the metro and convenient for Gare Du Nord; close to the Seine and other attractions; clean; comfortable beds; very good breakfast; complimentary bottle of wine. Would go back.
Disliked: Room a bit small. The person that checked us in wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

Happy with my stay for...

Liked: Great location, lots good restaurants nearby, drug store, etc. Close to Metro, areas that I prefer like the Marais. Elevator, great AC in rooms. Great daily cleaning service.
Disliked: Hotel advertised small frig in room. There is one but it has no cooling function. Just a box for storage. Slow elevator, but you get used to it. Mix of personalities in the people on duty. I did not use their breakfasts at all. Small rooms but very functional.

Enjoyed the location, loved the...

Liked: Location and staff were excellent. The water pressure was excellent, bathroom and bedding were clean.
Disliked: Rooms were small but functional. Carpet on stairway needs to be updated. Half of the power outlets did not work.
