Disliked: The advertisement had a pool that was the whole purpose of going to this hotel the room smelled like marijuana and the remote control to the television was broken. I had my grandchildren with me and the sole purpose was for them to get in the pool and when we arrived this facility had no pool( it was a large dirt hole that had been there for 2 years) and then they tried to, pull the pictures off the advertisement, but I had already screenshotted their advertisement with the pool. They refused to give me a refund and booking.com condoned this . I went down the street and stayed at another hotel because this facility was absolutely rundown no amenities for the children at all and it was a totally disgusting.

Disliked: After hours check in. Thankful for someone else staying there that let me in. Otherwise, I would have not made it in the room. Called the number provided and no one ever responded.

Disliked: The internet was not good. There was no access from the property to the beach but that was expected when we booked because of the damage from the hurricane.
