Disliked: The attendee lady has the attitude to begin with . For 3 days that we've been there . She had heavy accents that we couldn't we barely understand . " No trouble we kicked," u out she mentioned but then on the first night someone is yelling on the second floor . The same day I'm asking face towel she mentioned in regards to the policy we read that and must be followed . She mentioned that there are housekeepers At 10 am if we need supply but no one arrives . We are vacant the room expecting to clean and

Disliked: Staff discriminated against my son who is Black. They said he was not my son because we are of different races. They also would not let him back in his room when he left the key in it. He had to call the police to get his things.
