Liked: Great location. And the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not a criticism but It’s on a busy street w NO parking so check-in w luggage was a challenge.

Disliked: The one area around the corner where we had to park was shady, there was no parking at the hotel so we took everything out of the car in case it got broken into

Disliked: Will not be using booking.com again. It is clear you are treated like a poor relation. I asked the hotel questions via booking.com about a deal I saw that my room was now reduced in price and was surprised that the hotel staff member quickly denied any connection to booking.com and I’d have to take it up with them. I thanked her and asked booking.com. Who ignored my time sensitive query. The hotel also ignored two of my messages on the day of travel. I sent an early message via booking.com asking about parking space I had already booked. When I didn’t hear back within 2 hours I messaged via the hotel website. I didn’t hear back from either. I tried to call but the irish number wasn’t recognised on my uk network. This resulted in me driving around the one way system in circles unable to find the carpark when I arrived. There is no on street parking right outside the hotel, I had to park a few streets over, check in, ask for directions to the carpark, go get my car and then park. The staff member on duty was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant and the location is good. But I don’t understand why my polite queries were not treated with respect. Will not be using booking.com again and I suggest you establish better working relationships with the hotels you represent.
