Liked: Lovely little hotel. Clean, tidy and quiet. Free breakfast lovely. Location spot on. Owners/staff brilliant. Polite, friendly and, most importantly, genuine. Not over bearing like alot of people are now. If I'm in the area again I'll be looking for this place. Thank you!

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional when I said to Judy I didn't want toast as I was gluten intolerant she said that she was able to cater fully for me. I had a gluten free breakfast including toast.

Perfect location, beautifully presented, great breakfast and lovely people

Liked: Perfect location for visiting the Theatre or Plymouth Pavilions with onstreet parking using parking permit from the guest house. The breakfast was very good with the inclusion of gluten free items needed for me, not everyone bothers. The rooms were beautifully decorated and presented and were scrupulously clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!! Did I mention that the people were lovely too?
