Liked: Clean, comfortable, good aircon and no noise issues. Would stay there again . Really liked the free coffee and water refilling station - appreciate the hotels efforts to reduce waste.

Liked: The hotel is very well situated near Plaza Espagna on one side and Royal Palace on the other, but it is a relatively quiet street. The staff at the reception is kind and informative. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is served in a nice setting with excellent food choices, lots of fresh fruit as well.
Disliked: The street was quiet in terms of the general public, and it also felt very safe. Rubbish bins were emptied around midnight, which is understandable considering the restaurants are open until late, but then even afterwards, there was noise made by delivery vans every night during our stay.

Liked: The location was wonderful.We were right in the heart of the city but the hotel felt like an oasis down a quiet street.The complimentary tea coffee and water in the hotel was a godsend as the weather was extremely warm while we were there

Liked: I loved this hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Awesome beds. I liked the breakfast at the hotel; good variety and quality. The location was VERY good at the city center, yet the room was very quiet. A plus for me was the work desks and the couches at the lobby. It was very nice. The free coffee and water fountain at the lobby were also very nice and thoughtful.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room was a tiny bit too small and didn't have many places to hang the clothes or towels.
