Liked: Location, service and room good. Generally staff were very friendly and helpful only for below.
Disliked: Requested laundry service but pricing was unclear for some 30 items. Cost 107 Euros. Yes it does mention it in wardrobe, but to charge for 1 of 2 socks 2 Euro - for each is a bit much.

Liked: The room is small, but there is a wardrobe, table, chair. The beds are comfortable. Clean, cleaned every day. The staff is always ready to help, very friendly. Near the reception there is a corner with drinking water, coffee, tea. It's free. Great location. Close to the metro, restaurants, shops, entertainment.
Disliked: Audibility from neighboring rooms. Our windows faced the street and every day in the evening we heard the growl of cars serving the neighboring hotel. It was a little disturbing.

Good value to stay in...

Liked: Location. Close to subway station- 5 minutes walk. And walking distance to shopping lane gran via. Huge Zara is also 5 minutes walking. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room was super clean
Disliked: Hotel is a little old. Only one small old elevator available.
