Liked: I loved this hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Awesome beds. I liked the breakfast at the hotel; good variety and quality. The location was VERY good at the city center, yet the room was very quiet. A plus for me was the work desks and the couches at the lobby. It was very nice. The free coffee and water fountain at the lobby were also very nice and thoughtful.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room was a tiny bit too small and didn't have many places to hang the clothes or towels.

Disliked: We've ordered a 205ft room and it was maybe half the size.The receptionist seems not to care and didn't help.

Incredible, well worth the money...

Liked: Incredible Loaction, right in the centre of the city, less than a 5 minute walk to the kings gardens and the palace of madrid, 10 mins from the plaza mayor. Incredible staff who were super accomodating and lovely. Room was bigger than i expected with a brilliant bathroom with plently of space. No issues with cleanliness, lovely stay. Hotel is also right next to a metro station that has access to three different lines, incredible pull.
