Superb

Great location for a beachfront...

Liked: Location is great! We could see Nokomis beach was quite crowded near public parking but this location is far enough away that we had plenty of space to enjoy the beach without the crowd. We enjoyed being able to walk to get lunch and ice cream.
Disliked: We were disappointed the covered space by the beach only had one table. It was almost always in use by another family. The door on our room did not deadbolt or chain or have any other lock other than the key. The room served it's purpose but needed some TLC.

Liked: Loved the quick access to the beach and pretty sunsets
Disliked: -the room was HOT. The ac could barely cool the room to a comfortable temperature. We were sweating just getting ready for our dinner reservations. Even went out and bought a box fan to be able to sleep. (We are Florida locals - we aren’t new to the heat but this was rough) - customer service was awful leading up to our stay, wouldn’t book again based on that alone honestly. Once we checked in though, it was easy to get ahold of a staff member when needed. - our room was not clean upon check in. There were coffee stains on the kitchen counter, hairs on our bedding (the bedding is white) , and debris in the sink. For almost 250$ a night we were extremely disappointed.. we are locals that just wanted to check out a new place for a little stay-cation and unfortunately won’t be back. You live and you learn!

Liked: My family has been staying here for several years. We love the laid back atmosphere of Casey Key. The beach is beautiful, staff is friendly, check in and out policy is easy, and contactless.
