The hot spa was lovely...

Liked: Very comfortable warm unit, good bed and everything needed
Disliked: The only thing letting the accomodation down was the sound of footsteps through the ceiling.

Old and rundown

Liked: Located close to the walkway by the lake
Disliked: Room.was cold, run down, old. Need to upgrade from regular to smart tv, adapt to having netflix or chromecast instead of sky. Pool advert was misleading

Very good

Liked: Staff were very helpful at check-in. Even walked me to my room to show me the layout and how to work heater, TV, etc. A simple yet nice touch when you arrive late a night.

A great location but standard...

Liked: Great location but the complex is very tired and I. Need of attention.
Disliked: The facilities are very tired and in need of updating with old and dated bathroom and kitchen fittings some of which did not work. The grounds also show signs of needing attention .

I will return again -...

Liked: Wonderful staff - offered to help me take my luggage to the room. Exceptional location if you're travelling with a dog as its adjacent to the lake walkway, and not far by car to three great off-leash parks.
