Don't let the current exterior...
Liked: Reasonably priced. VERY pleased. What a charming 50’s retro motel!Comfortable and convenient location. Very friendly front desk staff. Room wasclean and comfortable. NO SMELLS! NO carpet in this room(vinyl plank flooring). Good Wi-Fi. TV worked fine. AC cranked out thecold air. Good water pressure. Continental breakfast was good.Cute courtyard with fountain. Adjoining Sleeper's Bar was really enjoyable with very reasonable prices.
Disliked: There is nothing that I did not like.

Everything I needed, clean, comforatble...
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. There was a bar attached to the building which was fun and it was convenient having breakfast included. I thought it was very good value for money.
Disliked: The location was difficult to walk to with the heavy traffic on the road and no bus.

We love the convenience, friendliness...
Liked: A great value with friendly staff and more than decent coffee in the morning. We enjoy walking among the native landscaping and playing some corn hole while at the hotel, although we rarely spend much time there when we stay. It is close to parks, downtown, and the IU campus. The room was clean enough and comfortable enough. Some chronic issues like mildew in the shower and a toilet seat that did not fit securely were the only downsides. Really enjoyed the new flooring that is much more clean than the old carpet.
