Clean, comfortable rooms that have been nicely remodeled. Very affordable. I will stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: I don't think the coffee pot had been cleaned.

Pleasant stay.

Liked: I liked the A.C. was nice and cool in the room on a super hot day. I also needed to do laundry and there was a facility directly across the street. Bed was comfortable. I will stay here again.
Disliked: I really can't think of anything.

Liked: Location was well maintained and the pool was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: My room was over 100 degrees when I checked in and it took 4+ hours to cool the room down to the high 70’s due to the older and poor performing cooling system so they should consider turning on their AC prior for rooms that they are giving to guests.I avoided the ice machine because it was disgusting. Purchased ice from the market across the street.Didn’t like the homeless dude camping out behind my room that was visible from the bathroom.

Liked: Proximity to Bend was great
Disliked: Felt a bit insecure on the property. There were some real characters staying there. I had a guy neighbor who sat in his running car till midnight while he smoked dope and hacked coughing. Wasn’t cool nor did he or the place give me a warm and fuzzy

Great affordable stay

Liked: Easy check in. Very clean. Outdoor pool. Friendly staff. Exactly what I needed to get me through my trip.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was sufficient.

I called the front office...

Liked: Nothing. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Disliked: It was unsafe and the management was extremely unprofessional.

At off season prices it...

Liked: Traditionally it has been a comfortable and affordable place to stay. The owners are very nice and accommodating. And it it is centrally located.
Disliked: This time the price had significantly increased to take advantage of in season traffic, and unfortunately competes with some 4 star hotels. At this price, the TV is hard to work and is cheap, the walls had large plaster patchwork that looked uncompleted, the toilet paper dispenser was non existent and the paper was on top of the toilet in open roll, the wastebasket was covered, room small, bed hard and no extra blankets, coffee accessory marginal at best. For the increase in price I will consider another option.
