Clean, comfortable rooms that have been nicely remodeled. Very affordable. I will stay here again.

Liked: The location and price and overall clean state of the room.
Disliked: The owners of this hotel have a sign that says their office closes at 10 and to ring a doorbell if you need anything. Their locks for the rooms have regular keys not key cards and lock automatically. I locked myself out of my room after 10 pm and went to ring the doorbell to have another key. I was treated with extreme disrespect as if it was not an accident and then told I needed to pay 20$ fee. When I arrived I was only given one key to enter my room because I was alone. I explained to the man that I couldn’t pay any fee because my wallet and cell phone were also locked inside the room but he could charge me after and he screamed at me and told me he was going to call the cops. I do not think he knew English well, but to be honest this was so stressful to me I will never ever return to their establishment. I started to cry because it was so cold and I was standing outside at night in the cold unable to get warm because I made a human error and I felt like I was being treated like trash, like not with human respect. I wish he did call the cops so they could explain to him that he would benefit from learning English or maybe meditation or compassion could be a nice start. I just can’t not say something because no one has ever treated me this way before lol. There are no smoking signs everywhere, everyone is outside smoking anyway. Not that I care but this was an actual emergency. When I did finally get into my room there was music playing around my room so loudly I could feel the vibration until 4 am in the morning. The price is low because sleeping in your car at a truck stop is probably better then this.

Liked: We’ve stayed a couple other times and have been pleased with rates and facility. Worked good for our short stay.
Disliked: We were placed in the back corner and the room next door played loud music most of night plus were talking some even into early morning. We hardly got any rest. I tried to contact the office but no one responded. Also, when we got back to our room, the room adjacent to us had the door open with someone just hanging out in there with a bicycle outside. It wasn’t a comfortable feeling to be there.

Disliked: When I walked in the man behind the desk was immediately confrontational about pets and smoking. Neither of which applies to me. No greeting just angry questions about what I plan on doing once inside the room. Insanely RUDE staff.
