Had an enjoyable stay at...

Liked: Good choice at breakfast. Liked the waterfall themed decor in the room. Comfortable room and had a small balcony which was nice to sit out on. Free water/soft drinks in the mini fridge daily. Friendly staff. Easy to walk along road at side of the railway station past Burger king and Migros to get to hotel, its not very far away.
Disliked: Nothing - all was good.

Liked: The location was excellent, really close to the train station, city and restaurants. The breakfast was varied and tasty.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was below expected standards. I found someone else's stiff old sock under my bed - gross. I felt that the quality of the room did not reflect the cost and star rating of the hotel.

A hotel with no faults

Liked: From the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the hotel. It was a short walk from the train station, and easily accessible to access while travelling with large suitcases. We were greeted by the most beautiful and helpful staff, in particular Rae. We enjoyed that Rae personally took us up to our room, to show us our room and its features. The daily breakfast was excellent, with a choice of freshly made items, included omletes and scramble eggs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to go back. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great location. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Great internet connection.

Location was okay, big enough...

Liked: That it was a family room. Water pressure.
Disliked: Needed a microwave but they have a strict no cooking in room. Weird fancy futuristic light which did not suit the rest of the decor. It was very very big. Needed a couch being a family room. It was a bath shower and very high which could be dangerous getting in and out of.
