Disliked: Had after hours checkin and never actually saw any staff/manager for our entire stay. We felt it was expensive and a bit impersonal. Breakfast was served by a lovely woman, as was tea, but we never felt like it was a managed hotel in the sense that many other places we've stayed have been for the price we paid. It was a just a very impersonal experience.

Liked: The Casablanca has a friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms and is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Cape May. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the available bicycles and the relaxing times spent on the front porch.
Disliked: We had some difficulty working the air conditioner panel and noticed that you need to run the water for a bit of time before it gets hot.
