Older hotel, but hot water,...

Liked: Well, this is our second time staying here. The office tries to get you in ASAP and this is what makes a hotel special in my opinion. They want to give a family an affordable stay so that they can enjoy their time at the beach! The rest of OC will nickel and dime you to death. The hotel is not directly on the boards, but it is a small trip, the room has a full refrigerator so that you can store and cook your meals. The maids are wonderful and kind and respect your privacy. The front office is always quick to help. You have a nice, clean pool to use at your discretion.
Disliked: The pillows are very thick, but a small price to pay.

Great staff clean place and...

Liked: Nice place to stay needs to be updated a little bit but other than that it was clean. The staff was great. Change the beds if you asked gave you towels fresh every day and the location I thought was pretty good right off the beach places to eat breakfast within a block I would come back
Disliked: Just needs updated a little bit, but I have nothing bad to say

Wonderful location and very nice...

Liked: 2 min walk to the beach and boardwalk, clean pool, rooms, excellent polite staff. Loved it. Very close on the way to the beach there s a small restaurant, Satellite, perfect for breakfast or lunch. We loved the hotel. This hotel is also close to all possible attractions for families with kids: mini golf, dunkin, starbucks, restaurants(Franco is close and excellent too), amusement park.

Loved the place but they...

Liked: Very clean, very nice staff, great location, spacious rooms
Disliked: There were other guest who were very loud playing music and screaming at night. My husband and I look forward to putting the kids to bed and relaxing on the balcony at night. Not possible! We tried but couldn’t even talk to each other because it was so loud. And also by the pool they allowed guests to play really loud music during the day. So loud that we had to go to our room with the door closed and the tv on and we could still hear it. We also stayed at the boardwalk later than we wanted to, hoping we could avoid the partiers ( we didn’t) It’s a shame because we really liked this hotel in every way. And we were hoping this could be our place to visit every year. But since they allowed other guests to act this way I don’t think we will be back because I don’t want to risk that there could be really loud guests to deal with again. It really impacted our stay.
