Loved the place but they...

Liked: Very clean, very nice staff, great location, spacious rooms
Disliked: There were other guest who were very loud playing music and screaming at night. My husband and I look forward to putting the kids to bed and relaxing on the balcony at night. Not possible! We tried but couldn’t even talk to each other because it was so loud. And also by the pool they allowed guests to play really loud music during the day. So loud that we had to go to our room with the door closed and the tv on and we could still hear it. We also stayed at the boardwalk later than we wanted to, hoping we could avoid the partiers ( we didn’t) It’s a shame because we really liked this hotel in every way. And we were hoping this could be our place to visit every year. But since they allowed other guests to act this way I don’t think we will be back because I don’t want to risk that there could be really loud guests to deal with again. It really impacted our stay.

Disliked: The ice machine was always out of order.

Overall this was a nice...

Liked: Room was spacious. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Kitchenette could have used more amenities. Other guests were being disruptive in the evenings after 10 PM and there was no attempt to ensure quiet hours being observed.

Liked: Staff was great as usual (3rd time being here). Place is clean & seems well managed. It's not the Ritz, but it's very nice.

It’s just far enough way...

Liked: Great price for the location, staff were friendly and the rooms were clean . I would definitely suggest the Casablanca to anyone traveling to OCMD .
Disliked: The pool is a little cramped but honestly everyone there enjoyed themselves
