Need a refund! Other than...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Our room was old, dirty and there was no hot water. No power for most of our stay meaning no elevators, no lights etc and we were on the 5th floor.

Liked: The location was wonderful, basically in the middle of everything. The beds were great and the room was perfect! The room's bathroom was very comfortable aswell. The hot tubs were awesome and very clean too.

Great experience!
Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. It’s also centrally located in Old San Juan. We decided to stay an extra night and they easily accommodated us!

Liked: The location is great. We loved the cute vibe of the hotel. It was welcoming, colorful, clean, and felt safe! The front desk was amazing. They were very kind and helpful always! We would totally stay again! We were a family of four and we loved it!
