Liked: Great location. Decor was interesting and fun. The property was fine, our problem was with the employees.
Disliked: We arrived from the cruise port at 8:30 am and dropped off our bags. We went out and wandered the city and came back to the hotel shortly after 2pm and a female employee told us, they do not do early check in and that we would have to wait until 4pm. We were tired and hot, but sat on the sofa to wait. Around 3:30 pm we left for a few minutes and came back and the woman was gone and 2 men were checking people into their rooms. To us it seemed the female employee was too busy to help the guests as we were not the only guests waiting to check into our rooms.The young man checking us in told us he would have to find a room for us, we told him we had booked specific room with a balcony. He said he had a first floor room with a balcony and we said, how can a first floor room have a balcony? We showed him the booking.com picture of the room we booked, he then told us he would find a different room from the original room he was trying to put us in. We did end up in a room similar to the one we booked and we loved it.In the morning, we asked the young woman at the front desk how we would go about getting a taxi to the hotel and she said she could call one for us. We waited 10-15 minutes, we then asked her if the taxi had given her a time for when they would be arriving, she said we never asked her to call. Again, this female employee was also too busy to take care of the guests. Overall, the room was fine, the customer service sucked.

Liked: the location is perfect
Disliked: the room did not have any window, the decor was very basic. The bathroom could you some upgrade for the price you pay. I think they should add breakfast with the price of the room.

Nice downtown hotel

Liked: Location is perfect, very nice lobby
Disliked: I don’t think that anyone will ever use the bath tubs on the rooftop

My 2nd stay.

Liked: Great location, very close to nearby towns. Ubers very reasonable price. It's my second time here.
Disliked: Maid service was cheap with bathroom essentials .The room had no phone to call the front desk to ask for what was missing in the bathroom.

Great location

Liked: 24 hour check in desk, baths on roof, bar, great location, strong air con, free coffee in reception. Starbucks round the corner if you want something else.
Disliked: Wifi wasn't always the best when on the roof sunbathing but worked fine in the bedrooms

Too short!

Liked: We like the staff the historical building and location and room. The roof top amenities need some updating and attention. But we didn’t plan to use them.

Great location

Liked: The hotel is pretty well located, the staff is friendly and accomodating. We had an issue with one of the rooms. It had a strong smell from a cleaning product that wasnt going away. We had to end up sleeping in only one room
