Great location, beautiful courtyard, cheap....

Liked: The location was great. Love the courtyard and the common areas. There’s a kitchen and a fridge for your food. The breakfast is convenient. Cheap.
Disliked: I was charged more than what I would pay on booking, when I changed the dates a month before arrival. Didn’t want to argue with them. The room was dark, could use some updates. There was a hole in the ceiling, water leaked in the whole time. Mold in the bathroom. The flush on the toilet needed to be pushed way up or the water wouldn’t stop running. Shower didn’t drain. There was always water on the floor. Basic breakfast (cornflakes, fruit, milk, bread). No coat hangers in the wardrobe.

Liked: Cute decorFriendly staff despite language barrier (nobody spoke any English) Nice coffee available in mornings
Disliked: Aircon unit in room was so loud I couldn’t have it on at night, and no ceiling fan

We would come again

Liked: Very clean, the staff is nice, mostly the neat and clean sanitary, that shows a lot about the place being. Taken care of, no bugs of any kind. Feels like a home.
Disliked: The kitchen fridge needs more neatness at least one that works for the people staying in a few days not with the people that live here. Theirs no microwave, definitely recommend one. They should have a silent hours sign at the patio for people to know to go to their rooms.

Not for people who need...

Liked: It's cheap, the common areas are pretty and nice to hang out on, and you'll meet interesting people.
Disliked: This place is very, very basic. The rooms are small, the furniture is old, and everything is falling apart. You have to stand on a chair to turn the AC on. There's only one outlet in the room. The breakfast is coffee, cheap bread, really cheap cereal, dubious yogurt and fruit.

Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: - Very beautiful hotel- Very friendly staff - Good location, not too far from the ‘centro historico’.
Disliked: - Twin beds are a bit small for couples- Shower water wasn’t going down the drain easily
