Disliked: There was no complementary breakfast and there was no vending machine and if there was one, nobody did, let us know that there was one on the premises

Liked: The employee that checked us in and out weee very professional. Even the young lady who checked me out handled my stressful and upsetting experience very well.
Disliked: I showed the young lady a video of what I found in the room. The insane filth that was in pert of the room. When I sent the email to request a refund like the young lady asked me to, the answer was that they “mop every day”. Basically calling me a liar. Even video, pictures and our statements, they would rather insult us calling us liars and making it seem that it was our fault. Came to the room late at night and only noticed it in the morning when we took showers and the water was black. Then I took a clean white towel to 5-6 parts of the room and rubbed the floor with the same result. This is unacceptable.
