Liked: The beds were comfy size of room is great for me and my 2 kids. The amenities were great because we forgot our body wash. The location is great close to everything. I loved the mirrors and lighting. And check in was easy and fast.
Disliked: I didn't like that I left a bag of brand new blouses I purchased with tags on them and when I called to maybe work something out to get them, back they were not found.

Exceptional
Liked: The room was exceptionally clean, large, comfortable, modern and recently remodeled. In addition, we found it to be a very affordable price and in a great location. Upon checking in, we walked to the coastline and took a stroll along the beach. Another thing we appreciated was the fact that the hotel is very close to a number of restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Absolutely no complaints or dislikes from our end.

All one expected ... and...
Liked: Friendly staff. Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds
Disliked: The lobby and check-in were being remodeled so no complimentary breakfast (which should have been advertised on the website). The maid service was spotty (fresh towels were not provided). No microwave in the room, Guests in the next room were extremely loud and no measures were taken to deal with them.

Liked: I was impressed with the unique and charming Spanish hacienda-style architecture. The modern interior of the room was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated the convenient wireless charger on the table. The location was great, with the ocean just a short 4-minute drive away and the surroundings were very peaceful. The hygiene supplies were also of high quality and added a touch of luxury to the stay.
Disliked: The only downside was the price, which was on the higher side for my budget. However, given the location in California and the overall quality of the motel, this was understandable.
