Liked: Nothing. It was absolutely horrible.
Disliked: The room was moldy, insects everywhere. The door was a sliding glass door.The tub shower combo was ridiculous. The room smelled of mildew. No AC. It was not what was advertised. I ended up taking the financial loss and booking a better hotel because of how horrible this place was.

Disliked: Bathroom could use a new tub and new lighting and they ran out of hot water on the Sunday of our stay.I didn’t like light coming on outside our room and staying on all night it kept the room from being dark. I also did not like that security gate is not kept shut allowing non guest to come onto the patio outside of our room.

San Clemente is a great...

Liked: Location was fantastic. Enjoyed the balcony, had a great view of beach and pier. Even though it was a shared balcony, there was plenty of space to share and we were usually the only one out there.
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: The bed was too small for a couple and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Disliked: No elevator for older people. Sewage smells in our rooms! No notification or warning! Not a very good experience!

Liked: The location. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and nearby pier. The view was tremendous. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: There were no windows. It was dark and dingy, hot and stuffy. The shower was not in the bathroom. It was open to the bedroom, creating a steamy atmosphere in the whole place. There was a loud motor/fan hum 24/7 in one of the bedrooms. One TV could not be turned up and was barely audible. The other TV was very hard to operate. There was a microwave, but no utensils or anything that would make the “kitchen” useable. There was a parking garage, but it wasn’t close. We came in the back way on the third floor and had to carry our luggage down a narrow staircase. We spent as much time out of the room as possible.
