Great place to stay in...

Liked: I had a great stay at Casa Sofi in Miami! The hotel is stylish, clean, and super comfortable — a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made all the difference.The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend Casa Sofi to anyone looking for a laid-back, welcoming place to stay in Miami!
Disliked: One thing I did notice, however, was that the shower water took a very long time to warm up, and even then, it never really got hot. I often felt like I was wasting water just waiting for it to reach a comfortable temperature, which was a bit frustrating.That said, everything else about the stay was lovely, and I hope this is something that can be improved in the future — I’d still consider coming back!

Disliked: there was a [problem with hot water, in the evening it was no hot water at all

Liked: Great location, sparkling clean, nice atmosphere, close to everything . ( beach, shops, restaurants etc) The hotel provides beach beds
Disliked: To get hot water in the shower you need to run it at least 15-20 min to get it…. The bed mattress is not comfortable The room door is not properly closed. You can here the noise very loud from the next door room

Great location, clean rooms but...

Liked: Clean rooms, self check in and the well organized information I received previously explaining every detail.
Disliked: The shower. the bathroom is really pretty but had to wait some 8 minutes for the water to come out hot.
