Great bathtub, quaint room, located...

Liked: The bathtub had jets in it so it was very relaxing and comfortable. The location was awesome.
Disliked: Since I was visiting for work, I couldn’t check in during the day so when I got there at night time there wasn’t anyone to help me check in. I didn’t get a text confirmation like they said I was supposed to so it was a little flustering being tired and not being able to Have someone to speak with.

We had a great vacation!

Liked: We arrived at this hotel after a 10-hour journey and were lucky to stay in one of the cabins. It was absolutely wonderful! The bedroom had a large, comfortable bed and plenty of space for our bags. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with a great selection of toiletries.There was a cozy living room with a fireplace and a big leather couch where you could stretch out and relax, plus a balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of dishes and utensils for any occasion, and the refrigerator was excellent.I completely fell in love with the sink — it was deep and super convenient to use. Outside the cabin, there were BBQ areas available. And all of this was set among majestic redwoods — simply stunning!The property also has a very clean pool, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite.Thank you so much for everything you do. We truly didn’t want to leave. If we travel this way again, we’ll definitely stay at Casa Secoya once more — and we’ll be recommending it to our friends too.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
