Disliked: I couldn't even get to my room. Called 3 of their "in case of emergency" numbers and none of them worked. I was stranded outside the room for 2 hours then I left for another expensive hotel nearby.

Disliked: Overall okay. Worst thing about it is how bright it is in the rooms at night. The outside lights they have set up shine into room and the blinds are not good enough to keep room dark.

Liked: There is a lovely Irish bakery within walking distance of the hotel and they greeted us with warm tea (It was pouring). The ladies were spectacular!

Great staff, excellent value

Liked: My reservation was somehow lost and the excellent staff made it right. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and great water pressure and water temp in the shower. Pool area looks great.
Disliked: The couch in my room was not comfortable to hang out on, so just use the outside tables for hangout time.

Liked: Nice clean reasonably priced room, somewhat sparsely furnished but with comfortable beds... walking distance to a good restaurant for lunch and dinner... and to a nice little Cafe for breakfast... a five minute drive to downtown Guerneville...
Disliked: Plastic chairs could use an upgrade... but would happily stay here again...
