Disliked: Horrible Stay – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The air conditioning unit in our room was leaking non-stop, and we woke up every single morning in a wet bed. The floor was completely soaked, and anything we left on the ground—clothes, bags, shoes—got soaked too.To make things worse, the room was infested with cockroaches. We saw them crawling around constantly, including near our bed and in the bathroom. We brought all of this to the attention of the hotel staff, but they ignored our complaints entirely. No apology, no compensation, no room change—absolutely no effort to make things right.The staff was rude, dismissive, and stubborn, as if we were an inconvenience for pointing out serious hygiene and maintenance issues. We didn’t receive any kind of discount, refund, or even a sincere apology.This was without a doubt one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Liked: The people there are very kind. If you're traveling alone, is a good place to meet people from different countries.
Disliked: They need to improve the clean in the place.

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING!!! This place is atrocious and the equivalent of a homeless shelter.
Disliked: Photos are a complete lie, the property was in the most despicable and atrocious state, with dirt, grime, and roaches, even on the beds. This place was never cleaned not once. Beds were broken and lopsided, lockers were broken and falling apart, bathrooms were without toilet paper or soap and were beyond gross. Management was never present, even when crazy intoxicated guests were belligerently drunk and literally defecating on themselves and disturbing the entire hostel. The few moments that management were there, they were rude, unpleasant, and completely uneducated in customer service toward paying guests, the very reason they even have this sad excuse for a hostel. This place should be condemned and the owners in jail for theft, fraud and endangering their guests lives!

Brought cockroaches home - defeats...

Liked: Liked hot shower pressure, loved house kittens and cats in the outdoor kitchen area, loved the outdoor kitchen with stove top gas and induction, microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer, sink
Disliked: We stayed in 3 rooms - 1A was fine, 3C had cockroaches & no bedside table, shelves, lamp, soap, WiFi, bathroom shower mat, nor hooks for towels, wet bathing suits everything, so all our stuff had to be on the floor, where I saw cockroaches walking around our bags. For the first time ever, there was a cockroach in my bedroom in Houston last night :(. Room 1B had a lamp, 2 bedside tables, a fridge, a bathmat, and hooks. They need to take some amenities out of this room and add it to 3C OR spend a few dollars to increase liveability in all rooms equally. Also wifi ONLY reached to room 1A, right next to reception. It cost $20-40 for a wifi booster so all rooms get wifi.

Disliked: It is in the middle of a neighborhood with people laying on streets and trash everywhere. I did not feel safe in the area of the hotel.

Disliked: My room was dirty, I found the toile already used and not flushed, sink broken with toothpaste, shower and floor wet all over. The AC was leaking all over the floor in the room and I found hairs everywhere. Bugs and cockroaches in the room and by the bad.

Cockroaches in room 3C |...

Liked: The outdoor kitchen was excellent (and the communal socializing area) and the house cats (white Milkshake, black Ace, Spicy kitten) made us very happy.
Disliked: Our second stay was 3 nights in room 3C - a very different experience from 1A. 🪳Baby and adult cockroaches 🪳, NO bathroom mirror, NO bedside table and NO shelving so everything had to go on the floor and when I came home and turned on the light, cockroaches were walking around the bags. I pray we don’t bring them home! 😬😱
