Good location but not worth...

Liked: Let’s start with the good:- Location (Only place in this area because traditional hotels are not allowed. This one found a loophole as a short-term furnished apartments.) - Building (This is a historical building with remodels done to serve tourists. It’s a nice place.) - Safety (There are two others to get into the hotel and during the day, a valet parking guy who works at the restaurant next door is always screening people coming and going.) - Restaurants nearby (You won’t have a problem finding a good restaurant since the plaza is full of them.) - Cleaning Lady (One of two staff members we met, she was amazing. She accommodated our schedule and helped us with bags and all.) - A/C Heater (One of our absolute needs staying in Mexico City in December is a heater. “The apartment” has a heater and it works well.)
Disliked: Now the bad: - Lack of hot water ( We stayed at their biggest room labeled “the apartment” - they only have three rooms- and it would take 10+ minutes to get hot water and not even hot but warm. When we told the front desk lady, she just said it was what it was and just let the water run. We felt pretty bad wasting so much water. - Noise - This area of the city is coded for restaurants and bars so the noise will come through the windows until pretty late. Bring earplugs or you won’t sleep Thursday-Sunday. Monday-Wednesday is calmer. -Value/Cost Ratio (We stayed for 5 days and the average ended up being $233/day. This is definitely not a $233/day hotel.) - Front Desk Lady - No matter what you ask, you always seem to be inconveniencing her. Not the best person to be face of the “hotel.” She was one of two employees we met.

I had a great stay...

Liked: I appreciated the location to the Bazar de Sabado and the restaurants nearby. Plus, the property was discreet.
Disliked: At the moment I can't provide any particular examples of what I did not like. Overall, I liked the property and what it had to offer.
