Lovely staffs but a disappointing...

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Very dated room, very old and badly kept together. Totally different from the pictures on their website.

Love the hotel and interior--...

Liked: The hotel is super cute, and it is very nice and clean. The bed and the bedsheets are also comfy!! The hotel and room smells so nice throughout which I love! The interior is what I really enjoyed. The front desk is very friendly. Our room is on the smaller size with a window and is expected. I emailed the hotel to ensure I wanted a windo. The location is also great. Sooo many restaurants near by that you can walk or Uber. Highly recommend!!
Disliked: It can be loud from the traffic outside if you're a light sleeper. We didn't have a problem with the noise.

Disliked: Mold in shower area and rusting shampoo and shower gel holder.

Don’t drink the bottled water...

Liked: The location was not in a pretty area though it was a 20 minute walk to the nice Roma neighborhood. The breakfast was not good. The staff gave us what we thought was bottled water but what turned out to be tap water put into bottles and we’re still sick a week later. The room was small with no window. They say suite on the booking but they’re only one room. They don’t check to restock the shampoo etc so it was out.
Disliked: Sorry I mixed up the two categories, please switch. The lobby was very pretty and staff was nice and most spoke English.

Liked: Nice little boutique hotel.Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Balcony was actually just floor to ceiling windows with a very small outdoor ledge - no room to sit outside.
