Liked: Lovely ambiance, very friendly staff, fun group activities like Karaoke hosted by the staff, the rooms were clean and spacious, the location was also very convenient and within walking distance from many major attractions in the city.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: the activities, the staff and the location were great! Super easy to get to from the bus station-direct bus through Linea 3.
Disliked: the kitchen was pretty dirty and missing some basic things.

Liked: Very good location close to the Zocalo and other main sites in Puebla. Easy walk around the historic center and surrounding areas. Very friendly workers at reception that speak English and Spanish. Lots of activities available and a bar/restaurant on site!

Fine for the price.
Liked: The location is excellent. It is very close to the historic district and there’s plenty to do around the area. The room was spacious.
Disliked: They offer one type of breakfast depending on the room that you’re staying on. I stayed there during the weekend and they had events at their restaurant and you could hear all the noise up in the bedroom. The towels weren’t in good condition and the shower was kind of dirty.
