Great location, comfortable bedroom

Liked: Felt very safe as 2 young women traveling alone. Nights felt safe too, 24/7 desk attendant. Breathtakingly beautiful lobby, cool and refreshing room to stay out of the Seville heat. Absolutely amazing location walkable to everything! Loved the staff, very kind and helpful. Would stay there again!
Disliked: WiFi was spotty in my room but I made it work

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Recommended a great place for breakfast nearby. Great location to explore Seville from. 20 minutes walk from train station and down a nice little street - 10 minutes walk and we were in the heart of the town.
Disliked: Room was a little small for the 3 of us. Decor in the room could have been brighter. Everything functioned well but was quite basic.

Pleasant

Liked: The central location was excellent and the foyer area is very attractive. The night porter was extremely helpful with recommendations for places to eat.
Disliked: Parking discount didn't work despite numerous complaints to the lady at reception. Parking cost us €37.40 for less than 24 hours which would affect my decision to book this hotel again. Twin beds were extremely narrow and inches narrower than the bed heads which was uncomfortable.

Liked: Everything, the staff were super helpful they offer free coffee 24/7 which is great if you wake up before the shops open. Also it felt very secure
Disliked: Only the car park not being on site but the staff made it easy to find!
