Liked: The location was perfect! Water pressure in shower, room and bathroom size was great!
Disliked: Could've had Kleenex tissues, towels were worn thin, no washcloth...a hand towel is too big for showering, the place is a bit rundown...

Mostly all positive.

Liked: Awesome location, excellent staff.
Disliked: Street noise, lumpy pillows.

Liked: The concierge was amazing Omar helpful and suggested great restaurants I upgrade but that was false No view of city however when I complained about noise I was moved and room was much better
Disliked: It was on a noisy corner with a bar the stays open until 2:00 am

Good hotel with nice rooms...

Liked: Well laid out clean, spacious, and modern room with lots of windows. Convenient location in the Condesa neighborhood. Helpful staff. Elevator! LOTS of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Reasonably priced.
Disliked: Bedside lighting was funky. Located on a very busy street (Nuevo Leon) with LOTS of traffic noise.
