Liked: It is located within walking distance from the historic downtown area and there is food available nearby. It is good if you are traveling on a budget or just need a place to sleep and shower. All the bunk beds have curtains for privacy and two outlets to charge your devices.
Disliked: I chose to pay in person and it was charged to my card way before we even got to the hostel. We arrived at night due to transportation issues and had to wait because they could not find our reservation. They had placed it under my friend’s name instead of mine, when the confirmation documents and credit card were under my name. After they found the reservation, we had to wait even more because we booked beds in the women’s room for safety reasons, but they gave away one of our beds due to a “situation” and wanted one of us to sleep in the mixed room. Since we refused, they ended up offering us a private room for the first night but we had to give up our deposit as there was a price difference. The towels and sheets did not seem/feel clean and the place is not as nice as it looks in the pictures. There was black mold in the shower ceilings. The women’s showers on the third floor were locked, so we had to use the ones in the second floor that share a wall with the men’s showers and we could hear a man taking care of himself very loudly while we were showering. Also, you can hear all the noise from the common areas until around midnight.

Disliked: SO OLD, SO DIRTY!!LOCATED NEAR SPECIAL FORCE FOR NARCOS OR SOMETHING. I GOT SCARED ONE DAY THE FULLY ARMED FORCES BLOCKED THE ROAD!

Liked: + location in sense of transportation and businesses around+ privacy (curtain)+ front desk staff Fernando, Violetta, Lalo, Elias y Angelo+ offer towel with deposit+ good ventilation
Disliked: - people smoking what's supposed to be forbidden in the hostel but noone cares- some streets in the neighbourhood look dangerous- not enough keys for all guests, you need to go up and down for staff to open your room- weak wifi in some areas
