My wife and I liked the fact that it's within walking distance of a lot of historic sites, museums, shops, etc. We'll stay there again when we go to future concerts at the St. Augustine Ampitheatre, which is a fairly short drive from the hotel.

Liked: Felt safe for the most part. Good to have to use your room key to rise above the ground floor, for example.
Disliked: Our view of the dining room roof wasn't exactly romantic, but I'm sure if I'd paid more, we'd have enjoyed a better view.

Disliked: The room sounded like an airplane was in it, the air conditioning was extremely loud, could not sleep. not worth the price, also the staff was terrible, charged me 883 USD to my account after I already paid for the hotel in advance through booking.com, when I raised it as a concern they treated me like I was stupid, when I finally proved to the manager they admitted an error on their part and said they would reverse immediately, which they didn't, they next day I was charged again, when I approached the reception the night reception was clueless, just kept making stuff up so I called Marriot and opened a case. Once the manager found out I called Marriott then they wanted to help. Never again!

Liked: The staff was extremelly hospitable, they even remember our names during out stay (front desk and bar staff); the from desk gentlemen who help us to check in was very professional and amicable at the same time, he also remember our names at all the time... I lost my sunglasses (or misplaced them) on the bar or on the ground floor, they found them and kept them for me.... way to go..... the hotel is beautiful, the food at the restaurant is superb, the bar server was incredible he even suggest some places for us to visit..... Thanks again
