Liked: Beds were comfortable,water was awsome,nice view,loved having the patio.
Disliked: Too many steps. I was on 3rd floor but not bad. Was ok.No elevators so with luggage makes it rougher with age.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Great location.
Disliked: Outdated room, small and shallow room, tv small bad location in the room, service kept going out, no wifi, swamp cooler gave humid stuffiness, no real ac. No ventilation in the tiny bathroom, no telephone service in the room. Closet doors couldn't open and close smoothly. No elevator service for handicap as all rooms have stairs to get to. Very outdated and small.

Liked: For breakfast they offered instant oatmeal, apples, bananas, oranges, and granola bars but we only had the coffee which was good. We liked sitting on the balcony. Hot water was great.
Disliked: Rooftop patio was above our room(rm2) and people after closing hours would drag patio furniture all around. Sounded like someone rearranging a bunch of furniture. We stayed 4 nights and it happened every night. Happened at 11pm, 1am, 10pm, and 9pm respectively. It was so horribly loud! Then someone would move patio furniture around before 8am too. That was our BIGGEST complaint. We asked it they could move us to another room but they didn't have a comparable room available. Room was right off a very busy, noisy street so if windows and balcony slider was opened for fresh air street traffic was very loud. Had to sleep with A/C on and windows closed. Slider screen had big ripped hole at handle. No dresser to put clothes in and no luggage rack so had to put suitcases on dining chairs or bed. No in room coffee pot or microwave. Had a fridge in the closet and freezer was frosted over. Asked for clean towels and they gave us very small cheap towels not suitable for drying off and wouldn't wrap around even the smallest adult. Paid $397 for a room that was definitely NOT worth the price. We went there to have a very relaxing time hence getting the superior king room with balcony and slight ocean view from the side view. We were very disappointed and will not stay there again.
