Liked: This hotel is so incredibly beautiful! It's small, like a bed and breakfast vibe. Our room was similar to a small apartment. Steps from the ocean.
Disliked: The hotel is historic so it smelled like it. An old musty smell. The front desk didn't smile or welcome us.

I will not stay there...

Liked: Convenient location close to the beach and accessing the beach was excellent
Disliked: There was no parking available for guest,,, they do not have a place to park that belongs to this hotel,, the front desk clerk lied to me twice about where to park but came clean and told me that do not have their pen parking for guest,, I received a 47$ ticket while staying there, no microwave and no ice machine

Liked: Location is amazing. We enjoyed the live entertainment and staff was very friendly. Hotel was very cute and loved its history.
Disliked: Hotel was cute. I think I had a tough room because of location. It was right across the hall from the cleaning staffs office and they congregated there loudly regularly through the day. That was most concerning early in the morning when we were still sleeping. Loud music from bar also came right down the stairs to be very loud in evening. For some reason the room was super damp (I think the AC?) so everything was wet and wet clothes/bathing suit didn’t dry out. The dampness was so much there were small puddles on the floor from it. I didn’t complain while on premise so property managers didn’t have a chance to react to it. Just explaining why we weren’t delighted.

Great charm.

Liked: This place has so much charm. Such history there. The bed was super comfy. Great breakfast every day. Beautiful views. Right on the beach, so convenient. Not a great selection of restaurants nearby. The bathroom was decent sized, but needs something in the shower to set things.
Disliked: A microwave would be nice. The hotel is old, but has such great charm.
