Liked: Staff was good and its a well decorated property
Disliked: It was extremely dirty. There was blood on towels, threads were coming out of the towels, the sink was dirty, the toilet brush for the toilet was exposed. Overall a very dirty and filthy stay. We did raise concerns with the staff, but it didn’t help. We then engaged the manager. He was understanding and said would take action, but we were going to check out the next day. Would not come back and would not recommend.

Highly recommended.

Liked: An absolute gem in the heart of Condesa! The location couldn’t be better – quiet yet central, perfect for exploring Mexico City. The rooms are beautifully designed, cozy yet elegant, and made us feel right at home.Breakfast was a true highlight each morning – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every detail was thought through, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was simply outstanding.A perfect stay from start to finish – definitely 5 out of 5 stars!
