Nice option to stay for...

Liked: The room was fine. There was decent space and the bathroom was separated. Could be a good thing or bad depending on preference. The staff was courteous and breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Location could be better, it's not the worst but walking in there at odd times could be daunting.

Nice and central but needs...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was lovely with a variety of cheese, meats, warm dishes and it even had gluten free options which definitely made my mornings easier. The staff is lovely and always happy to help. Luggage storage is nice and free if your flight is later in the day. Tube station is a 3 minute walk away. Decoration is nice and modern.
Disliked: The location isn't the safest with quite a few homeless people and thiefs around and if you're travelling alone, I wouldn't suggest walking around this area at night. Even we as a couple had a few strange interactions when we got off the tube to walk back to the hotel. Our room had a water leak from the ceiling and it was incredibly dusty so we had to change rooms on our second day. The side where the hotel faces the street can get quite noisy during the night especially on the weekends and there's no working AC so you have to keep the window closed if you want a peaceful nights sleep. The shower is situated right against the window-really close to other buildings-with very little privacy if you're showering at night with all the lights on. We asked for slippers on our first day and they said they only had 1 but they'd bring the other one soon, we asked every following day but they ignored it so we shared 1 pair of slippers for 7 days.
