Almost Perfect
Liked: The staff was extremely helpful
Disliked: Would have liked a person to check in/check out with , not the phone. The house keeper from Honduras was “Great”.

Perfect location for a stay...
Liked: Property was lovely and clean and spacious rooms that were perfect! Location was amazing. The only downside was that there was no luggage storage within the building to leave your luggage before/after checkin. However, the staff kindly advised of the Bounce Luggage Storage 2 streets over.

Disappointing
Liked: We enjoyed the location, but the only staff present was the cleaning lady, but she was very helpful and lovely. There was no breakfast as advertised, and the shower was difficult to turn off. For the price I expected more.

Overpriced and mediocre. Requires maintenance...
Liked: There is a large public space and a terrace. But infortunately we discovered this only on the last day.
Disliked: No information on shared space available, only 1 key for the room (unacceptable), room looks shabby, noise from outside, expensive, information when inside room is only about all sorts of rules and fines, stains on the walls (some very dubious), heating works meh, bed is uncomfortable.
