A quiet and friendly Mexico...

Liked: Everything was great about this place, location and proximity to the center of the neighborhood, early morning coffee and breakfast, room size, and comfy bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful offering plenty of neighborhood suggestions. The walled garden was quiet and peaceful, in general, this was the perfect place to retreat and recharge from a busy day of exploring the amazingly diverse Mexico City. We will be back!

Liked: The unit was really nice. adorable bathroom with tiles and a skylight!
Disliked: I didn't see staff or guests. I was across the street from the main building: had no idea there was a dining room or garden until the end of my stay. it would've been nice to see other guests and staff. felt v much like i was renting an apartment.

We felt so at home...

Liked: We spent 6 night at Casa Jacinta & it is really a jewel. Its an oasis of tranquil loveliness after the kaleidoscope that is La Ciudad. Amazingly quiet even when at capacity we enjoyed our balcony king room( the bed is good) as well as the communal courtyard garden . The rooms are gorgeous and unique. The breakfasts plentiful and great. Its also appointed with real art and good art! But its the staff that make this booking a must— Emiliano, Sarah, Umberto— warm, thoughtful— just above and beyond. We will stay again anytime we are in Mexico City.
Disliked: The staff! The art and gardens!The food! The bed! The details and ambience.

Superb

Liked: The house was beautiful, architecturally and also full of artwork. The breakfasts were delicious and Sara, Emiliano and the other staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

Great place to stay!

Liked: Excellent location. Quiet with no traffic noise, and yet a short walk to great restaurants and plazas. We could hear birds singing in the morning.
Disliked: We found the bed to be quite hard.

Mi casa su casa

Liked: I loved Emiliano. He was so welcoming, easy to communicate with, and nothing was a problem for him. Sara and other staff were also very respectful to me. I loved loved loved the architecture and interior design.
Disliked: I did not like the bed it was very uncomfortable but after 1 sleep Emiliano did his best to improve that with an extra mattress. That was one issue that was sorted very easily. I apologize that I am not able to share my photos through booking.com but very grateful to the wonderful memories for myself x

Liked: Lovely, comfortable stay at this charming guest house with friendly, helpful staff, in a safe neighborhood just minutes by foot from the center of Coyoacán. Truly a wonderful experience; highly recommend!
