Liked: Location was perfect. Suite far exceeded our expectations. 8 adults fit very well with the 3 baths and 2 living rooms.

Not what we expected

Liked: Casa Grande inn was not what we expected. The area we were in is 4 bedrooms in what was a house. All have locked doors but sitting room kitchen and balcony with view all shared areas. There are no staff at the premises. We communicated through the app as we had an issue, they did respond and fix the issue which was good.The furniture in the shared area is very worn. The shared patio has high stools and tall tables on. We did have a small private balcony but not great.This house could be so much nicer but need an update on furniture and carpets.The whole building of 11 rooms is for sale.There are only 4 allocated parking spaces for the building.The buildings location is on the lake which is great.If the full details of this accommodation was made clear on booking.com we would not have booked it.We were lucky as all the rooms weren't occupied but if they had been it would not have been comfortable for us.Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Shared communal areas you had to walk through to get to you bedroom old worn furniture .

Liked: Great location, beach is right across the street. Cozy room, comfortable bed nicely decorated, patio area outside. Close to restaurants and bars. Good value for the location.
Disliked: Room gets hot if windows are closed. Shower flow is marginal

Disliked: Lots of stairs, need more hot water pressure for the shower. The room could use another sitting chair and/or a desk and chair. Room layout makes it hard to use a laptop. We didn't receive the check in instructions initially through Booking.....luckily staff happened to be there and forwarded the info.
