Liked: Fun hotel but it's an older property and a bit run down for the price of stay.
Disliked: No outdoor space. No rooftop bar. Some things did not work in the room.

Liked: I like how quaint the hotel was and it was right across from a beautiful sandy beach
Disliked: I may have misunderstood the parking rate because I thought it was $27 a night, but it was actually $67 a night . When the manager asked me why I put a one star review I explained to him what I wrote above, but he said Booking.com said the parking was $55 which is still incorrect. No matter what the cost you still have to walk two blocks to their sister hotel for valet.

Liked: Room was nice. clean. Breakfast menu was limited but OK. Decoration is nice. Service was nice too.
Disliked: Location is OK but NOT during Artbasel. Traffic to get in and out is horrible.I was on the second floor. Room 24. Could hear all the traffic.didn't try the spa, but the fact that it doesn't have a pool in Miami is a big off.
