Lovely short stay in CDMX

Liked: Brilliant location and in a pleasant side street, very comfortable room and excellent facilities, in a calm setting.
Disliked: The room could be a little stuffy due to there being no AC, but the ceiling fan did a pretty good job.

Rude front desk but incredible...

Liked: Gorgeous property and rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and the woman making breakfast was really kind and adorable. Breakfast was good and she accommodated the vegan in our group well. The terrace is beautiful and peaceful.
Disliked: Fernando who checked us in was rude. We booked about an hour and a half before arrival. I received a message from the property. But when we arrived and rang the bell, he answered and looked at us annoyingly and asked what we wanted. We told him that we had a reservation and he continued to look annoyed and asked for proof. I pulled out the booking confirmation page and told him I already received the message from the property that they were awaiting us. He told us to wait, and for about 15 minutes he sat and texted someone. Finally he came back and asked what kind of room we had reserved.he then told us if we were even 10 minutes late checking out that we would be charged a 500 peso fee. I still enjoyed the property, but the way he treated us ruined the charm of arriving to this hotel.

Liked: This is one of the nicest hotel we have stayed on. It has charm very romantic yet modern.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was included and I could say it wast delicious! It was not the ordinary “American breakfast” we had omelette and chilaquiles!We had a great experience and definitely will be back!

Liked: Delicious, fresh, cooked to order breakfast. Extremely lovely staff. Roof top terrace a wonderful place to have a pre-dinner cocktail before heading out. Only con - room was a bit dark, especially in the bathroom for putting makeup on.
Disliked: Better lighting in bathroom. Portable fan/or ac unit in room

Disliked: Did have to ask to change bedding

Liked: Lovely little quiet hotel. Easy and safe walking difference to restaurants and bars. Only negative there is no sign on the hotel door just the number of the road.

Beautiful boutique property that is...

Liked: The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was also gorgeous, with a high end shower head and huge soaking tub. We also loved the shared courtyard and rooftop spaces where we could meet up with our friend who also stayed at the property. The staff was very friendly, and it was easy to communicate with them through Google translate.
Disliked: There were water carafes throughout the property, but we didn’t know if they were filtered or bottled water. We would have preferred bottled water to be safe.
