Short but sweet!

Liked: The 2 ladies we met were both very nice - friendly and helpful
Disliked: There could have been slightly more options at breakfast, however what was there was very nice, and the non-optional croissants were lovely!

Liked: Excellent olde worlde accommodation in an unbeatable location. Good breakfast, lovely staff and immaculate cleanliness.
Disliked: Our room was small, smallest shower ever. Noisy from Asian restaurant sharing courtyard below.Hated the Vikey E checkin - intrusive, repetitive , extremely presumptuous about connectedness.

Beautiful stay in Torino centro

Liked: Well located in the centrum and decorated like an old palace of a few centuries ago
Disliked: Not an issue for me but quite noisy for people with light sleep: the tram (old and noisy) passes under the windows and you hear showers from neighbours
