Very good

Liked: The staff are excellent, and the property is stunning.
Disliked: It would have been great if the bar downstairs on the waterfront opened earlier or closed later.

Liked: This is our fifth stay in this hotel in the last 5 years. The property it’s self is fantastic with the best location in Santa Monica
Disliked: I still have a probem with the refund , when I booked the two rooms through booking. Com, with two different cards that were debited T the same time , however only one confirmation came. The hotel says they did not see the second booking and I should contact booking.com. I had to book the second room directly with the hotel. At the same time the service team of booking.com answers me that they can only reply on the request with booking confirmation number which I do not have . Please let me know asap how can I proceed to refund my money

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Noisy at night - loud cars outside! Also the gate for the pool area was banging constantly …not a relaxing experience!
