It was buiness so it...

Liked: The bed was good soft ,the stuff good, location close to the airport

I had a terrible experience...

Liked: The building has a 1980s Spanish design and the hotel it looked really nice on the outside.
Disliked: I had a terrible experience throughout the entire time of my stay. From my room feeling dirty and un cleaned, to the customer service I received. Jesus gave my family and I terrible service from the jump of our stay. Not only did he completely dismiss the requests we had asked for on the pre check in form, but also gave us attitude. We had also requested a fold in bed while filling out the pre check in and never received it. So many mistakes, and lies made by both the company and staff to the point I’m not even sure we will receive our 50 dollar deposit back. I will never be visiting an establishment this low ever again
