Liked: As I arrived I was amazed at how beautiful the property is. The exterior is cool and the interior bar, restaurant and lounges seem like a good time. Honestly when just taking it at its appearance I thought this would be where I stay every time I come visit.
Disliked: Then I got to my room…After unloading my vehicle by parking on the third floor of the garage I walked as far as you could from the elevator/entrance… my key didn’t work. Back to the front desk to get a new one. After getting in my room and unpacking I laid down to watch TV- the TV didn’t work. They sent maintenance but he couldn’t get the power working either. Since it was late and I had to get up early I didn’t feel like switching rooms. I assumed they’d make it right- NOTHINGI go to take a shower and brush my teeth- the water is ONLY HOT!! No matter how low I turned it it was HOT, not warm, HOT! So be ready for that. I wake up to leave and go downstairs at 6:41- no breakfast set out yet, NOT EVEN COFFEE!! So I left and found coffee elsewhere. Lastly- I left something behind. I have messaged the property twice and still have not received a reply.
