Very nice place, beautiful place with excellent service.

Liked: The best of La Casa de las Conchas is their staff and the beauty of the house and gardens. Food is very good, served with care and abundant portions.
Disliked: When the house gets full (there were around 50 guest at some point) it gets crowded. Specially the pool area. There werent enough chairs or tables for all the guests. The house works well when under 40 guests. Internet is very bad.

Liked: THE STAFF, first and foremost!! They are so kind, so willing to please, so caring, they make you feel really comfortable. Nothing that I could ask for was denied, they really went over and beyond their call of duty. The place has wonderful gardens, very well kept, it is more of a place to spend a few days in peace and surrounded by nature, very pretty.
Disliked: The room was very small and the lightning was not adequate. for example, there is no electric switch near the bed, so either you turn the lights off and go to bed in the darkness or have to rely on the TV being on and guide you around the room. There is no way to contact the staff from the room, unless you call the phone listed as contact on your reservation. And something that was just poor bad luck, nothing to do with the property itself, IT RAINED ALL THE TIME, so we could not really enjoy the property as we wanted.
