Great location, polite staff, historic...
Liked: Great location, 8 minutes walk to Zócalo, peaceful.. lovely breakfast. High ceilings, spacious, nice decor.
Disliked: 1 inch gap in the front doors not meeting.. facing the bed. No window despite being a better room. Front double doors not being sound proof was disturbing, at times.

Love this gorgeous boutique hotel
Liked: I loved this hotel...unique original interiors that have been beautifully restored.Heidi and her team were always available to recommend options and as well the 24hour security was always impeccable. An added bonus was the highly acclaimed rooftop bar and restaurant...fabulous food at reasonable prices in an attentive but reelaxed atmosphere.Breakfast was excellent every morning...good quality fresh choices such as eggs fruit, good coffee and great service..it was lovely to enjoy this outside facing the little square.Hope to be back one day
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Superb
Liked: I thought the breakfast was nice and simple it wasn’t overwhelming. The waiters were friendly as well.
Disliked: One our robs had a stain on it. The shower was missing the tile part where you can put your shower things on it. Also, it be nice if the room had a fridge.

We really enjoyed our time...
Liked: Although not QUITE as breathtaking as the website/booking photos, it is LOVELY. Very clean, incredibly comfortable bed, good shower with hot water and excellent pressure (though we had to aim the nozzle at the wall to avoid massive leaks onto the floor), excellent amenities (water upon request, L'Ocitane bathroom products, robes, slippers, outlets on both sides of the bed, etc.) The included breakfast menu was quite large (I had the same thing every day but the offerings were available), the on-site restaurant had a good menu and attentive staff--once we arrived with 15 minutes until closing and they happily served us dinner, and good drinks, plus is very pretty. If I could pick up this hotel and move it somewhere else, I would stay here again. For travelers from the US, breakfast starting at 8 is later than we might expect (with only your in-room teeny tiny espresso machine if you're up earlier), and if you book tours they pick up incredibly early (4-5 am), so depending on your plans, you might not opt for the breakfast included price. The desk/door is staffed 24-7, which is nice, and it was generally quiet at "bedtime" with the exception of a little street noise, which is to be expected. We had a balcony room, which let in a lot of light, and I can't really imagine an interior option.
Disliked: Obviously it is beyond their control, and I did as much research as is possible before choosing a hotel in another country, but the location is only ok. That particular part of the city (Centro Historico) is, apparently, almost always occupied with people in tents protesting the government (which I support as a right!) However, it makes walking around even trickier than it would already be in a super populated part of the city. I wouldn't choose this hotel if you were traveling with a big group, older folks, or kids, because the area is a little overwhelming to navigate and, depending on your familiarity with traveling, somewhat offputting in the evening. Additionally, depending on what tours you have planned/booked, some don't pick up in that part of town. (Two of our three did, because I chose options with hotel pickup rather than a central meeting site.)
