Perfect Location, great modern hotel.

Liked: The location is fantastic! Could not be any better. Restaurants, cafes and shops all around.Property is very modern and well maintained.Bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the fact that the sink and shower and toilet were separated from the bed by a curtain. No wall or door do if one person was using any of these, the other person could hear everything. I personally don’t find this convenient.

Liked: Location. Staff. Dayily cleaning. Offer breakfast.
Disliked: There is no possibility to open the window in the room, but the air comes from the air conditioner. The room is hermetically sealed and can cause claustrophobia and anxiety in some people, which was my case until I adapted.

Excellent stay, apart from breakfast...

Liked: Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Quiet and very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was included but very limited options (i.e., no fruits), which were a la cart only. Guests with breakfast included have a poor menu as compared to those without breakfast included and paying extra. For instance, orange juice was from concentrate for those with breakfast included but freshly squeezed for those with breakfast not included, which didn't make sense given that we have paid for it as well. Water, tea, and coffee are available for free on the 7 floor. However, water and coffee machines were frequently out of order.

Liked: Great location and friendly staffThe hotel has a lot of potential. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area.The staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
Disliked: Has potential, but some aspects need improvementThe hotel has potential, but certain areas could benefit from more attention.Cleanliness in the room was below expectations — we noticed stained towels and some mold and limescale in the shower.The air conditioning couldn’t be set to cooling mode, which made the room uncomfortably warm on some days.Breakfast was quite minimal, served at the table without a buffet. It mainly included bread and different types of eggs, with no fresh vegetables. Although we had breakfast included for six days, we only dined there during the first three.The lounge on the 7th floor is a nice idea, offering complimentary water, coffee, and tea, but we often found essentials like milk, sugar, or cups missing. Also, it’s worth noting that there was no kettle or minibar in the room.With improvements in cleanliness, room maintenance, breakfast variety, and better upkeep of the lounge, the overall experience could be much more enjoyable.
