We had a wonderful time...

Liked: The room was great

Not worth to stay there

Liked: Close to the bus station and restaurants
Disliked: The hotel was not clean, especially rooms - floor, bathroom, window, windowsill. They informed us that they make rooms every second day but it was only changing towels. Floor was never vacuumed - we had to ask for this 2 times. Safebox did not work - unless you asked them several times. Coffee was available at the lobby but from 9.a.m. They said that reception works 24/7, but it is not true - there was no one at night neither early morning. Staff not helpful - everything was a problem for them. AC did not work - it was terribly hot and not possible to sleep. We left swimming ring at the corridor to let it dry and somebody took it - receptionist didn't want to help, though there were 24/7 cam monitoring.

Disliked: Carpet was very dirty, room is very small for the price they are charging. Bathroom was also very small.

Good Location, that's about it.

Liked: The Ground Floor room was stuffy, just a small little window and noise from connecting restaurant till midnight. The stuffiness caused some sort of moldy odor. My next room at Level 2 facing front was fine and bright. Love it.
Disliked: Too busy at lobby due to sharing entrance with restaurant. Main door keep slamming whenever the waiter/waitresses passes through it. Breakfast not included.
