Disliked: I paid for a breakfast as part of the booking, they didn't have it available and never refunded me.

City centre location, little difficult...

Liked: Excellent location just off via Toledo.
Disliked: Steps up into the property and dragging heavy suitcases up them wasn’t ideal. Appreciate there was luggage help, but not always ideal if you just want to get into the room easily. The hotel isn’t actually in Galleria Umberto but the pictures make it look like it is.
