Liked: Very well located centrally in Napoli. . This place is best suited for the location it offers and ease of getting to the Galleria.
Disliked: Our suite didnt have a window but overall was still good

Brilliant location. Great staff, clean...

Liked: Brilliant location in what seemed to be the safest area of Naples. Right on the main shopping street next to fantastic shops, bars and cafes. Easy to get to the harbour for ferry/ boat trips and to the underground to go onwards for train services.
Disliked: The room was well soundproofed however if you opened the shutters or windows there was a lot of street noise and street entertainers outside, though it never bothered us at night. The breakfast was 'continental' and very little choice so could have been better for the price of the hotel. It would be better to just get your breakfast from one of the many patisseries or cafes nearby. You cant be dropped off at the hotel by taxi - you have to walk along the pedestrianised street, which is not far but can be difficult as its cobbled and very very busy.

Very loud and unprofessional

Liked: It was clean and well located.
Disliked: One cannot reach the hotel by car. Be aware if you are bad on foot. Our room was located in a side street with lots of noisy restaurants and a bar with outside music so it was very loud at night. There were also mofas driving through the street all throughout the night so that it is really difficult to sleep. Additionally, I asked for no room service to the reception (there are no signs to hang on the door like in other hotels). However, 15 minutes after i left, my wife was woken up by the receptionist entering the room without knocking. Later in the same night, after not being able to sleep because of the noisy bar beside our room, at 1am we were woken up again by a member of the hotel, who was having a very loud conversarion on his private phone. We really did not have a good experience and the hotel lacks professionalism.

Liked: A very nice hotel, located right on the Via Toledo central and busy street.The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and the service is friendly.For those who want to be right in the city center, close to everything - this is an excellent choice.
Disliked: You have to take into account, that because of the location, on the main street, the area is quite noisy, throughout the day, until the late evening, and early in the morning hours.To solve this problem, you have to close the room window, that faces the street, and the noise is significantly reduced.
